Hamburger Stroganoff

When we moved into our new house, my sister in law brought some beef stroganoff over for dinner.  It was SO good.

So when I was making our grocery list to restock our house with food- I thought we could try it.

It was SO SO good.  Definitely a comfort meal.. perfect for this cold weather!

Try it!

HAMBURGER STROGANOFF

salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp flour
1 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp paprika
1 minced garlic clove
1 cup sour cream
parsley (optional)
chives (optional)
egg noodles

What you Do:
Brown your ground meat.
Saute onion in butter, then stir in beef and garlic, flour, salt, pepper and paprika.  Saute 5 minutes, then add soups and mushrooms and simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes.  Stir in the sour cream and sprinkle with parsley and chives.  Serve over egg noodles.
