Graham Cracker Brownies

I read a blog, called, Envy My Cooking.. I really like it. I have tried several recipes and they all are really great. She had posted a recipe for Graham Cracker Brownies. Yum. Sounds good. And then when I saw there were only 3 ingredients, I was sold.

So we bought those 3 ingredients, well really we just had to buy 1, we had the other 2 on hand.

But then, I started looking at the instructions, and they were VERY vague. So I have no idea if I made them correctly, but what I did make ended up being way good. So I will share the way I did it.

Graham Cracker Brownies

2 sleeves of honey graham crackers (minus 4)
1 12 ounce bag of chocolate chips (i used semi sweet)
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Crush the graham crackers to fine pieces, I used my Kitchen Aid to do it. Efficient. However, you may need to cover the bowl with your body so the crumbs dont end up all over your kitchen.

Empty the entire bag of chocolate chips in with the crushed graham crackers.

Pour the entire can of condensed milk over the graham crackers and chocolate chips.

Mix the three ingredients together, until all is coated and gooey.

I lined a 10x7 pan with foil, and poured the graham cracker mixture in the dish. (you could probably use an 8x8)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook for 30 minutes or until it is a golden brown, can be gooey in the middle.

Let cool and serve.

Yum!
